1. What we collect
When you contact us, purchase a license, or use our software, we collect: name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, and any details you choose to share in a message. Payment card details are collected by Stripe directly - they never reach Bazar Soft servers. If you create a Bazar Cloud account, we also store your account email, name, agency and company names, licence dates, and invoice records (amounts, tax-invoice numbers) needed to operate the service and meet UAE tax requirements.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to: fulfill your order, deliver licenses and updates, respond to your inquiries, send transactional receipts and renewal reminders, and meet our legal obligations.
3. Who we share with
We share data only with processors we need to operate: Stripe (payments), email delivery providers, and cloud hosting. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
4. How we protect it
Connections to this site are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Contact-form messages are delivered to us by email rather than stored on this website's servers. Payment data is held by Stripe under PCI DSS Level 1 - the highest certification for card processors. Access to customer information is restricted to staff who need it to deliver the service.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@bazarsoft.net and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies and storage
This site sets no third-party tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage for a one-time loading flag, and an essential security (CSRF) cookie when you submit a form or start a checkout.
