1. Licenses
Purchase of a Bazar Accountant license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software within the terms of your edition. Licenses cover one organization unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bazar Cloud is licensed per company, per year: each company you add to your account carries its own annual licence, and its mobile sales-rep access ends if the licence is not renewed.
2. Subscriptions and renewals
Annual renewals are valid for 12 months from the activation date. Renewal pricing depends on your edition. Renewals do not auto-charge - we send you a reminder before your subscription expires.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The price shown at checkout is the amount you are charged.
4. Refunds
All sales are final - purchases and renewals are non-refundable. A cloud company licence you no longer need is simply not renewed: it stays active until the end of its paid year. Prices shown include 5% UAE VAT. Questions? Contact sales@bazarsoft.net.
5. Support
Support is provided by email and phone during business hours (Sunday-Thursday, GMT+4). Active renewals include priority email support.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the software without written permission. You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
7. Liability
Bazar Soft's liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the license in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
