These terms are an agreement between you and Bazarsoft, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. Licenses
Purchase of a Bazar Accountant license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software within the terms of your edition. Licenses cover one organization unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bazar Cloud is licensed per company, per year: each company you add to your account carries its own annual licence, and its mobile sales-rep access ends if the licence is not renewed.
2. Subscriptions and renewals
Annual renewals are valid for 12 months from the activation date. Renewal pricing depends on your edition. Renewals do not auto-charge - we send you a reminder before your subscription expires.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, in AED. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The price shown at checkout is the amount you are charged.
4. Refunds
Licences and renewals are sold as final and are non-refundable once issued. We refund only when the mistake is ours, such as a duplicate charge or a licence that was never delivered. A training session can be rescheduled if you tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. A cloud company licence you no longer need is simply not renewed: it stays active until the end of its paid year. Prices shown include 5% UAE VAT. The full terms are in our refund policy. Questions? 5. Support
Support is provided by email and phone during business hours (Sunday-Thursday, GMT+4). Active renewals include priority email support.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the software without written permission. You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. You are responsible for your portal account and the sales-rep credentials you create; notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Liability
Bazarsoft's liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the license in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
